Job Description & Duties:
Work as part of a High-end Landscape Firm installing custom landscapes to include plantings, hardscapes, bed installations, lawn installations and repairs. Accurately record and document job activities preformed at each site to assure correct billing. Attend and comprehend directions from A.M. Meetings and Designers. Keep and organize accurate worksheets for account records and billing. Establish customer relationships and excellent lines of communication. Prepare and motivate your team daily and coordinate loading of vehicles, equipment, and supplies as an efficient daily routine. Complete daily tasks as needed utilizing hand tools, machinery, and mowers. Other tools to master include; hand pruner, gas powered hedge trimmer, lawn sweeper, riding mower, gas powered weed whip, bed edger, back-pack blower, wacker, various measuring instruments, etc. Gain knowledge for correct identification habits of plants, pests & diseases. Must have a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Education and/or Degrees:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency required, related College Degree in Natural Resources, Horticulture, etc. or landscape or landscape installation experience will be given preference, but is not necessary.

Drivers License:
- Class D License – Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped)

Experience & Qualifications:
- Retail/Sales experience and/or Garden Center Experience
- Interest in gaining Green Industry experience with a strong interest of Nursery & Garden Center Retail Systems
- Logical and technical reasoning skills
- Great Organization skills & Accountability
- Dedication to team objectives
- Subject to pre-placement drug testing and medical examination
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and physically capable to lift 50 lbs repetitively
Compensation Range:
Minimum Pay
$14.32/hr.
Maximum Pay
$17.25/hr.
